About half of all of respondents to a national survey said they get only six or less hours of sleep per night while traveling, according to a study of 1,000 U.S. households commissioned by Hilton Hotels Corporation. Travelers – and others – need at least eight hours of sleep to function at peak performance.
Hilton wants its uptown Charlotte customers to get more rest. Because of that, the Hilton Charlotte Center City recently completed the installation of Hilton’s new Suite Dreams bedding program in all 407 guest rooms.
